  • 50ft SA Farmers Carry
  • WOD:

  • 5/3 Cals Assault or Rowing
  • 5 Wall Ball (14/20)
  • 5 Box Step Overs (each)
  • 10 Jump Jacks
  • Rest as needed between movements so you can sprint each one
