Warm Up:

Whole body mobility work

Snatch Specific Warm-up

 

Strength:

EMOM 10 minutes

Minutes 1-5: 2 High Hang Power Snatch

Minutes 6-10: 2 Hang Power Snatch


Then:

Back Squat

- 1 set x 5 reps @barbell with pause at bottom

- 3 sets x 3 reps @moderate-heavy weight (ideally hit RPE 8+)

*Perform 15 Single Arm DB Snatches #50/35 (alternating arms) right after each set of squats.
